In this goldsmith's business, we politely asked to adjust the length of the chain. For the goldsmith, however, the crucial problem was that the chain was purchased in Prague, not from them, and as a result he behaved very unprofessionally, unwillingly and angry. We understand the fact that family goldsmiths live mainly from sales, but even adjustment is a paid service and we would definitely not label it as a charity (his words)! Unnecessary comments and unpleasant comments from Mr. Goldsmith spoiled the whole visit to the goldsmith. Respect for a customer who was requesting only an adjustment (not a purchase) was zero. Despite previous good experiences that led us to visit the goldsmith, we left really shocked. We would expect a small family business to keep a good name, but it was our visit and we did not have the chain adjusted.

Unfortunately, the goldsmith's unprofessional approach. And thanks to my reluctance to buy nothing at all in this "family" goldsmith's shop. And I'm definitely not the only one with such an experience.
