GAUDI ČERNOŠICE - Absolutely NON-SERIOUS REALITY and a horrible experience !!! I had the honor to personally try the (in) professional services of this branch of RK GAUDÍ in Černošice, and even though I was a land buyer for almost 9,000,000, - after personal experience with the broker, I only felt abused, helpless and outraged. Real estate services acting broker pi. The Moravians started with us as the first and serious people interested in buying Černošický land in Sosnová in 1624 by confirming the SERIOUS interest in its purchase, sending a reservation contract for proofreading to a lawyer and promising to sign it / make a deposit of 190,000 within 1 week of the first meeting. In the meantime, we have already dealt with a mortgage for part of the price (a partial mortgage is still better than dead money) and were looking forward to the end of that week and the signing of a reservation contract for our own land and a beautiful place. But what didn't happen, pi. Despite our agreement, the costs of legal services and the settlement of the mortgage, Moravcová continued to offer the land ... and concluded a reservation agreement with another interested party two days before our agreed signature. However, we learned about this fact the day before our planned signature, and in a rather unserious way. Pi. The broker did not even have the decency to bother us as clients who were first in line and they had to pay her a commission of 190,000 CZK, she called and alerted us to anything ... (change of situation, conditions, etc.), but she immediately wrote that about us jalo is no longer interested in buyers. For a shop for 9,000,000, - and with its commission of 190,000, - it seems to me a SIMPLE, UNIMPENDED and HEAVENING CALL. And I already know today that even if an accident land or house of dreams appeared at this real estate for an interesting price, I will never cooperate with this unscrupulous pseudo real estate with which you never know what you are (because its promise or mutual agreement does not apply). And the spineless saleswoman pi. The Moravcs from RK GAUDÍ only wish that someone would repay her with the same coin.
