cashier said "GO BACK TO YOUR COUNTRY IF YOU WANT A GOOD SERVICE" Extremely rude and racist cashier with short black hair told me that after i mentioned that I dont feel comfortable that she is walking behind me! I wrote a complain to the store the next day but they still didnt bother to reply. Such a terrible experience I never had in my life!

Getting into a cigar humidor and drinks shop is a pleasure for amateurs and cigar lovers. Avoid this place as they are extremely rude, never seen something like this before!!! This mornings I walked in most cigar stores in Prague, satinslaw was very nice and helpful, cigar shop, also wine and cigar. House I'd Churchill was OK as well. Dont waste time going to Don Pealo...

Super rude staff. Tried to scan the wine bottle to check on Vivino app but lady by the register started to shout on me.

Terrible service. Just no no, like back in communism.

Shop keeper was friendly but the other shop keeper was moody. Excellent prices for tobacco
