I am literally still impressed with this car repair service! I did not expect much but I received A LOT! From the first call with the receptionist to a meeting a service technician in person - everyone incredibly nice and helpful and sympathetic with my situation. When I called to any other car service in Prague, people were always far from being nice or helpful, they even had some disrespectful comments to my situation and at the end of the day, their estimated prices were like from a different planet. IN THIS SERVICE, I have simply received the highest quality service! Firstly, receptionists were very kind and truly willing to help. Secondly, the service technician was absolutely professional, helpful and nice. No rude comments about how stupid people are when they leave phones in cars etc. Right on the contrary! He showed his sympathy and sincere understanding and did his best. And thirdly, the quality of the repair! AMAZING! One would never say that something has been ever damaged. And the price was more than fair. To sum it up, I highly recommend this service and I am very thankful for such an experience. THIS can be the greatest example how any kind of service should look like! All my respect and once again, a huge THANKS!

Very good authorized service, where I liked to commute for about 6 years. Friendly, helpful staff, prompt action and flexibility in solving problems. The quality of their service is evidenced, among other things, by the fact that I recently sold my Fabia after about 6 years from roughly the same condition in which I once bought it.

I was not satisfied with the admission to the service for a regular check-up with the unpleasant behavior of the reception technician, who was probably poisoned two hours before the closing time that someone was poisoning him there

Skoda plus used cars. E-golf 2016, by advertising .: Not crashed, after consultation in perfect condition, after first owner, mileage 14000km. They say only minor abrasions, therefore a few parts painted. VW history check. Car 3x crashed, once roof repaired .... classic bazaar thieves. Never more!!!

My first visit here. It was only a prescribed service after 3 years, but everything went quickly, I was even pleasantly surprised by the price - I expected it to be more in this location. So complete satisfaction.
