I understand that sometimes it is necessary to close the service before opening hours, but when they know in advance that I will go to pick up the car and they still call that it is done, then to say that they will close 2 hours before is quite the basis. I'm not from Prague, so I lost 5 hours of travel and a day of vacation just because I had no way to get home without a car. And gentlemen are old enough to know that at least an apology is decency ... on the contrary, according to them, it was my fault that I did not agree on the exact time. So why do they have opening hours over half a garage?
