Worst business, it is not even worth 1 star. I installed a tracker 1 year ago. I have received no notification or reminder that is about to expire (like my insurance does) and simply received an email saying if i dont pay it for the next year, i will be handed over to the credit office in CZ.They bully you into paying money yearly. I asked for the contract but they dont provide it. The letter i have says nothing about giving 30 days notice. I am contacting a lawyer and reporting them to the Ceske Obchodni inspekce in CZ. Dont do business with these people. They are a team with AAA Auto and 2 of the worst businesses in Czech Republic. The CS manager simply laughs and make fun of you implying you cannot do anything. In English they say, who laughs last, laughs the best...

Despite the initial embarrassment of buying an AAA car, I can say that everything has been explained both financially and contractually. Truetrac has always communicated with me immediately. For the communication of 5 stars. It is a fact that they have pushed a T-mobile SIM card into my tablet, but they are already downloading it because they were problems and basically everyone has an internet on their mobile phone, so it doesn't make sense. The tablet is free, but it is archaic so I gave it to the kids to play. The price for a GPS locator is adequate, I would say it is cheaper. I compared the competition, just enter the GPS locators in the search engine. In addition, it's not just a box in the car, but you have dispatching, etc. It depends on the service. For a normal person (a natural person, not a company) passive is enough. Of course, it depends on the price of the car. The first year is prepaid. Payment for one month after one year 149 CZK absolutely OK. Perhaps they could include those annual inspections in the lump sum (approx. CZK 500). For me, they could forgive those guided tours, but it is necessary from a technical point of view, so I do not know, but somehow it does not bother me. Anyway, it pays off for me, because I have about 3000 CZK cheaper insurance. Plus, I have a better sense of control over my car. Last but not least, I would recommend that the assembly take place in a place where the actual assembly / inspection is arranged and did not have to carry the vehicle by themselves to the workshop nearby. After all, there is no problem with a technician as a co-driver in a workshop from the company's headquarters. The company could also publish (for transparency) who it is and what general liability insurance it has. Finally, I can say that everything OK and I can recommend to others.

The company is not communicating; I received an email about non-payment of an invoice several times, while the invoice was properly paid. No chance to contact the company.

I got a letter that I have to pay Taaablet DRIVER who is prepaid by the end of the year and personally his own month because AACKA said they did not have any tablets so I waited. After the month of owning TAAAble I have to pay within 10 days 1305kc !! Do not confess to the phone number and do not answer the Email ... I will visit AAA and I will get them almonds there! The mass action would certainly not hurt

The company does not communicate at all, you do not know what you are until you get an invoice.
