Staff is friendly and helpful, and the shop is modern and spacious. However, it is disappointing in three respects. Firstly, I tried get my size (9EE) in three Bauer Supreme models - which they did not have. Secondly, the new models (3S?) are available on the e-shop, but they are NOT in the shop. How does that make any sense? Finally, Bauer has a 3D scanner, but it costs 500KC to get a scan. I understand that you want to deter free-loaders, but this strategy is self-defeating. Surely scanning customers` feet is part of the sales funnel to selling more Bauer skates. tl:dr, disappointing experience.
