Amazing place. Zita (our coordinator prompt to respond to emails), had car at airport to pick up my wife. Facility was modern and clean, staff professional and courteous. They recommended that we didn't implant on first attempt (secondary to swelling) yet we implanted an embryo and was successful. Published rates identical to California facilities but much cheaper and prague is an amazing city to visit. Would recommend this place highly. Email with questions etc. Tony and Peulina

Two failed IVFs; response time very slow or lacking all together; Location is good; Would NOT recommend

None of their doctors are knowledgeable on the issues linked to hormonal disbalance. Their English is poor as well.

The doctors and midwives are amazing, but I really don't get their receptionists, specifically the young skinny girl and the old lady, they are lazy, very unpleasant and full of attitudes. Once they even considered us stupid and made fun of us by talking about us together in front of us and thinking that we didn't understand them because we weren't from the Czech Republic.

Except for one very nice nurse. And Dr. Rack is the best doctor I've ever had. When I was pregnant, she was as excited as I was, and she answered every question and explained or said calmly several times.
