NO !!! NO !!! - THIS STORE IS A JOKE !!! Customer service and information is an even bigger joke. On January 4, 2021, I ordered a drone in a promotional campaign at an attractive price of KC 25,000. I received an order confirmation by e-mail. After more than 14 days of silence from the store's website, I called there ... and found out that the order would not be fulfilled because the product is no longer available from the supplier. I did not have any information from the store on this matter and if I had not called them myself, I would still not know anything. And now the best !!!! If I had previously received information from MEGAPIXEL that my order would not be processed, I could have bought a drone in another store for KC 25,000, because other stores also had a promotion for this product. Due to the "professionalism" of the MEGAPIXEL store, I lost over 10,000 KC. You are really a "professional" store.

I have ordered one item on their website, a couple of day later I got the email confirmation for pick up my stuff on the selected shop, which was the one in Prague. I have been in the shop, the guy wad friendly and the communication was in english. I paid my item al transaction went good. Really recommend
