I enjoy training with Hanka a lot and after the birth it was my rescue in terms of hip pain. The exercises are gentle, you don't sweat at all, but they work! It's great that we can practice with children and at any time breastfeed them, repack them ... Hanka also stops songs and bass for children when they are restless, respects their expressions and does not insist at any cost on exercising according to her program (as I experienced eg on a swimming course). For older children, I also have climbing toys. I also like that Hanka maintains a small group of mothers so that everyone can take care of each other, at the beginning of the lesson they ask us what bothers us and what to focus on. It's great that mothers can do something for themselves and with children and without stress, that children are just crying or crawling around, everything is respected and allowed 😊 In addition, for a reasonable price and the opportunity to apologize and replace lessons. Thanks, Hani!
Exercising with Hanka is very nice, it's great to take a baby with you and not have to look for babysitting. I have been going to her for about two years (with a pregnancy break) and I am very satisfied. Specifically, I never had a problem with diastasis (so I will not assess the effect of exercise here), but again, for example, I dealt with back, shoulder, etc. paints, and Hanka tries to approach each one individually and adjust the exercises according to current needs.
The intensity of the exercise is usually not very high, rather it is such stretching and massaging of sore spots. It may not suit everyone, but for me (a parent-mother with a relatively poor physicist) it's just like that :)
Exercising with Hanka is not particularly demanding and really everyone can handle it. Hanka is a nice lecturer who always explains the exercises for the whole team, but also gives individual advice. Sometimes he notices small shortcomings in individual women and points out what exercises can help with the problem. Since I don't have the opportunity for someone to babysit for me during the week, exercising with Hanka was a clear choice. I was glad that I could put together both exercises and the opportunity to include a baby in the team. However, if someone wants to exercise in complete peace, they should find exercise without children.
I recommend the exercise. Hanka approaches everyone individually, tailoring the lessons to each woman and group. He approaches the problems of practitioners comprehensively. Thanks to exercise with her, even with small children, a person can function normally without permanent back pain or regular rehabilitation. And as a bonus, it is possible to have more children with you for exercise, which is not at all obvious.
Not recommended. I attended a course focused on postpartum diastasis (dilated abdominal muscles). I had a lot of information about diastasis and I already practiced a few exercises at home, but I wanted to go to some course on this topic. Unfortunately, Mrs. Odřejová does not explain the exercises sufficiently, which may hurt mothers if they do the exercise incorrectly and make diastasis worse. She had her daughter at the exercise, which she didn't enjoy (which I understand), and to entertain her, she said we had to pick up our children and walk in a circle and sing some songs. Heavy things should not be worn in diastasis. My son was 6 months old when I attended a lesson of 7 kg, which is already some weight and I would not expect this on a diastasis course. On the contrary, I would expect it to tell us that carrying heavy things is counterproductive. Wearing children, of course, as a mother can not avoid, but to wear it on a course against diastasis ??? ... And the exercise with children does not seem appropriate to me, but that is probably something of each of us. There were babies that lay nicely, and then the one who didn't enjoy it, and unfortunately my son was among them. I didn't go to Mrs. Odřejová for the next lessons. Instead, I visited a physiotherapist in a rehabilitation center, who explained to me how to exercise correctly in two lessons. Two exercises that I practiced regularly and my diastasis disappeared.
