If you're thinking what is fundamentally wrong in this country, think of two places: "cizinecká policie" Olšanská and PSSZ Trojská. Just call or go there and check for yourself. ;-)

Even with my horrible czech language they always helped me and explained unclear moments. Waiting time is often quiet long, so it should be considered when you plan to visit the place.
