One of the best functioning offices. Good people work here, taking their jobs as a public service. The building is looking a bit badly - it is hidden behind an older port house that is dilapidated. There is a comfortable waiting room at the headquarters of the State Navigation Administration, where they project “antial” films about river traffic and its rules. There's a calling system, but there's rarely too many people in front of you. The only minus is the fact that they list the people on the exam dates by hand on the notebook and do not have a linked database with Decin and Prerov. It is therefore not possible to apply for a test other than the Prague branch.

Good employees who are nice and do not waste time on clients. Overall, I would say that it is a very well-equipped office in terms of staffing. It is a short walk from a new tram stop, where there is a brewery, a restaurant, a community garden, etc. The star is down because of the terrible gas and steam that is in the building throughout the summer, including the test room.
