Horrible customer experience. Management felt pretentious, dodgy. Nothing was a problem to get you in and then threats of lawyers and charges. Six months after leaving they came up with claims for owed tuition, pulling out contracts that did not match ones we had or were not even relevant (never ever sign those dodgy conditions!). Pain to avoid extra charges (tough negotiations requiring legal advice). For me, that ruined their effort on child care with activities, learning and friendly general staff. Drawbacks: for us too rigid, too little free play time to develop social skills, and limited outdoor time that seemed primarily on a small yard. No noticeable impact on learning English after 2y and my daughter hated the comms barrier. However, kids are in smaller groups and safe - never came saying they had a fight. Safety cameras debatable - somehow broken for the one incident when a kid was declared a policeman to watch while teacher left.

Excellent teachers with great access to children. I can recommend the Trojská labuť kindergarten to all more demanding parents who want the best for children, both in terms of education and upbringing.

Absolutely amazing environment for children. It was clear right after the first visit that I would place my daughter here. I was impressed by both the beautiful and clean environment and the teacher thanks to her approach to children.

I am glad that we managed to place our daughter in the first good school in this kindergarten. She excited me on the first visit and the same thing. I really like the approach of the teachers and the all-day content, when the little one goes home every time full of impressions :).

We love this kindergarten! The little one is excited about her! Beautiful environment, perfect approach to children, effectively utilized leisure time. I definitely recommend. The quality cannot be compared to a state kindergarten!
