Too bad it is not possible to give minus stars. I have never experienced such unprofessional attitude and unpleasant behavior. Leaving aside the behavior that would suffice on the complaint itself, the fact remains that they not only repaired my suitcase but also lost my ticket, and when I urged the order after a few weeks, they lied to me that the suitcase could not be repaired. I think that the loss of the ticket and the claim that the suitcase is irreparable is related, they were not sure if someone would pick it up did not want to invest in it (the fault was visible without much examination). In the suitcase and shoe repair shop Josef Vyskočil in Žitomírská 12 in Prague 10 repaired the suitcase without any problems within 4 days and were still pleasant and accommodating.
