My favourite local, very welcoming gym with a great community of athletes and enthusiasts. No silly machines, just good old bells and weights. Cash only. MultiSport accepted. Broke my DL PR here :)

Grungy power training ambiance with crossfit and weight training equipment. Great price, walk-ins welcome and clean showers. Bring your own towel. Lock is provided. Equipment is old and basic, but has everything you need. Dumbells go up to 30 kilos but they have barbells if you need higher weights. No machines... all freeweight and crossfit stuff. Friendly staff.

My favorite gym in Prague. Not too many machines, but instead perfectly equpped for weightlifting, crossfit and functional trainig.

I was visiting from the US and stayed in an Airbnb very closeby. I paid I believe 150 crowns (not even $7 USD at the time) to use their facility. The staff spoke english very well and were extremely friendly! They accepted only cash for this which wasn’t an issue for me. It looked like the mix between a bodybuilding gym and a crossfit/mma studio; I had everything I need to do my 5x5 Stronglift routine! They had a good amount of free-weights, enough kettlebells to fill the back of an American pickup truck, and all of the usual barbell racks for your squats, presses, deadlifts and what-have-yous! I was glad I didn’t have to miss a session when I was vacationing. If I am in the area I will be stopping back!💪🏽🥑🌞
