Modern and well equipped fitness club. Stuff and trainers are friendly and always ready to help. If you don’t know how to start, go there and ask, they will take care of you👌 I do recommend 100%

Good equipment for all sorts of workouts, good classses to attend (scheduled regularly and spread throughout the week), friendly and helpful staff/ trainers (English speaking also, suitable for expats). The location is accesible and easy to reach for Prague 2, 3, 8, 9 areas. The opening hours are also adjusted for both morning and later-in-the evening visits. Doesn't accept Multisport card, but it's worth the money.
