HG Sportcentrum Troja

The camp pleasantly surprised us. We slept one night in the car, at night completely quiet. Reasonably priced reasonable accommodation in the center of Prague, close to the ZOO. Grassy flat surface, cut grass, running water for rinsing outside, hot shower without tokens, toilet. We did not use the kiosk or other services, so I can not evaluate satisfaction in any case for us.

The camp has an excellent location, with the city center available until 15 minutes by public transport and the zoo is a 15 minute walk. Immediately by the water in a very quiet area. The tent area is grassy and straight, there are also a few trees under which a tent can be placed. Minus: Despite the emeilous communication, nobody knows anything at the reception. There are no plots for tents, parking everywhere people want, in the evening The kiosk in the camp is open only to the owner's wishes and up to the evening hours, fortunately the nearest shop is about 10 minutes by the Kovárna stop. you build a tent and find out in the morning that someone has parked a car in front of you. Showers and toilets, no one can wash, and a spider collection in the camp contains more species than the zoo itself has. Most showers did not drain in showers and paper was missing in the toilet. Taking into account the fact that during our stay there were international competitions and there were representatives of foreign countries in the camp, the campsite made a very bad business card to the Czech Republic, but of course I must also take into account the price that suggests that the services will be lower classes. For me 2.5 stars.

The place is very nice but to go with a motorhome is not very useful. After charging us at the camping price, about € 23 per day and two people tell us to park where we want, there are no plots, when we ask where we can empty dirty water they tell us that they do not have that service for that to a campsite. In the bathrooms there are only two showers for girls and two for boys, no paper or trace. I do not imagine when it is full how the two showers will be distributed. I already say the site is beautiful but the services are scarce,

I just like HG sport. Decent choice but above all human approach and professionalism. I can buy paddling equipment here.
