Second visit, but I totally regretted it. Unprofessional service. Till they serve you it takes an ages, and it wasnt full. In the end we wanted to pay, we informed the waitress, but she ignored it. So we decided to go downstairs, she turned and she was continuing a communication with her colleague. The selection of coffees and meals is huge, coffee is tasty.

Pleasant menu but the service is a disaster. If you have nothing else to do than to wait for 30 minutes for a soup and wait even longer for a salad, then maybe you can enjoy this place!

Amazingly tasteful food. Definitely recommend the chocolate. Just a note - the selection of main dishes is quite small.

I had reversed cappuccino and oreo cheesecake, they were both great! The staff weren't happy to serve me, even though they weren't so busy. There were only 3 people when I went there and the staff behaved like I was an extra workload for them. Please teach your staff how to smile or hire some people who already know how to. 2 stars for the cappuccino and the cheesecake.

Best brunch ever. You have to try their "lívance" Czech pancakes and their French toast. It will change your life. I've been here more than 10 times and I'll be coming back. Bravo.
