Hello, I have to give a negative rating. I am very upset and disappointed by the unreliable actions. We looked at the beautiful 308 in the offer of used cars. On Monday, February 15, 2021, we made a reservation for the car, and the next day we arranged an appointment with a sales representative on Wednesday, February 17, 2021. I must add that we received an official offer for a used car. We confirmed each other's reservation. Today 17.2. In 2021 we went to see the reserved 308, more or less we were decided to make a deposit and close the deal .... Unfortunately, about an hour before the appointment, a phone call from a sales representative. He apologized to us that my colleague had sold the car to other interested parties. He tried to excuse us by saying that whoever comes first goes. He also apologized for the fact that they work halfway from home and that there was probably an error in booking the car ..... In today's "online" time, this can not be excused. So halfway we turned it around and went home disappointed and angry. I must at least commend him for calling us an hour earlier, for saving at least less than an hour from a two-hour trip to the dealer. I was probably most upset by the wasted time and money ... I ended up at work earlier because of that, so that we could arrive on time. In the end, I'm glad I didn't take my vacation unnecessarily. So I give one star for a phone call. In conclusion, I must add that the seller apologized to us and offered us an alternative solution by offering another car, unfortunately that did not suit us. Thank you
