Very bad experience, I highly recommend. Disappointed! I chose this company because it came to me as a small family business that would understand your car problem. And value your customers. Than the competition. Half a year ago, I decided to put my crashed car in this company. The car was here for 3 months. At first, everything seemed to be as it should be. Over time, I only received the same answer that I should wait for the insurance company. When I inquired at the insurance company, I was told that she had not received anything from the service and was still waiting for documents from the service. Then again, due to the pandemic, spare parts are not in stock. Then I received an order form, which stated the total amount, which unreasonably climbed twice as much as it was. I agreed to have the car repaired and to be able to drive it as soon as possible. But still, it didn't speed up. In the end, only one part was missing to complete. Promised many terms that I decided to do without that part and pick up the car. Where I was offered a voucher for an apology for a long waiting time I had never seen. In the end, I requested spare parts, which I waited for another 3 months. The reason was again a pandemic and the parts allegedly remained in an external warehouse. After half a year, I contacted them about spare parts. The result is that they only gave me some parts from my car and the rest from another car. The missing parts of the parts were allegedly stolen. That is why I do not recommend or wish anyone to have such an experience as I did. They pretend to be a very precise car company, but in reality they are UNMORAL!

Service with a completely different approach, great communication always something extra 👍

Absolute satisfaction! Professional branded service as it should look. They helped with negotiations with the insurance company (car after the accident), informed during the repair, suggested other necessary minor service steps and updated the software as a bonus. Another service just here; it's not the cheapest, but the security of branded parts and fair dealing is worth it.

As always absolutely perfect, the family atmosphere of this establishment cannot be denied. A pleasure to drive to service. Thank you!
