Not so cheap and refusing to see obvious things that they missed.

One star is too much. Mr. Vránek changed my EGR valve, collected 11,000 CZK, and when the trouble persisted, he said that he could not handle the car. I took the car to another workshop, where they told me that the EGR valve was polished, but definitely not replaced. Same with changing oils and filters. Mr. Vránek collected money and did not exchange. Edit: I had Mr. Vránek divorce, I didn't like it and I preferred to throw the car in another service, the divorces were NOT done.

perfect service, they always told me exactly what they will do and how much it will cost if something else came up immediately called and informed
