Worst experience ever. I have made 2 days ago a reservation for a truck with electrical problems and this morning when the truck got there they don't receive it because they can't find the appointment. I spent 2 hours this morning calling at 10 numbers and talking with a bunch of people who just passed me from one to another without solving the problem. I had to postpone the scheduled loads for repairs and they messed up my reservation. Also the staff was very rude and they even hang up the phone on me. I will make an official complain about this. DONT go there!

Service arranged two weeks in advance and confirmed. Today I arrived exactly for a minute, and the arrogant receptionist "explained" to me that my reception technician was at the meeting, and within an hour he would probably be available, and that I should go to lunch. He won't be disturbed. I don't know what they consulted about, it was definitely not a pro-customer approach. No one will ever get me to this service in my life. I would understand at the dacia, not at the car service for two mega.
