I call the second week a few times a day, nobody answers. I need to order ... will I have to personally have an hour across Prague?! I suppose if it was a holiday they would give a notice to the website ...

The doctor is good, but his unpleasant sister ..... horrible. Order the system in time and then wait the same time in the queue with occasionally running as a post. After three hours, my sister will tell me she won't take me. Overwrite me for another term and when I come to this replacement term, papirek on the door and nobody anywhere. Call or write that the deadline may not be able to move. What about a bit of dignity and respect for patients?

You have to wait for a good doctor so that you are not surprised by long waiting times. But that is perhaps the only downside. Otherwise, the doctor in his place.

Clock and clock waiting in a waiting room full of people. It doesn't matter that you are ordered for a specific time. You'll wait three or four hours anyway. But when you get to the office, the doctor is very careful and professional.
