I do not question the doctor's skills, but her approach and dealings with me. I went to her like a pediatrician. As soon as I could, I ran away as fast as I could. Not only did she not hand over my card to me, but she was not willing to email it to my doctor, let alone give it to me. As for vaccinations, a lot is missing from my ID - so far. Years later, I called her to see if she would be willing to add my vaccination card, or to give me a copy or original of all the records for my current doctor, who replaced the aforementioned doctor due to death - irrelevant, who also did not have those records. The call was as follows. The phone rings, my nurse shouts in my ear - Dr. Dohnalová's surgery! I greet politely, explain the situation briefly and get a lot of ridicule, including the fact that my question and request to report rudely (until I heard it on the phone) throughout the surgery, where Mrs. Dohnalová laughed in the background. After we worked my way up to what grade I was, Miss Sister began to touch me for an incomprehensible reason. I ask- why? My next demand that she also shout at my person, like me, that we, as far as I know, never met, was unfortunately unsuccessful. Subsequently, however, I kept my head clear, and I ignored this disobedience and audacity of Miss Nurse, I returned to the subject of my card - when is it possible to give my medical records in my hand, when can I come? Miss Sister will answer me: haha, that's not it. Goodbye, bye! The phone went silent. This act comes to me from a disgusting nurse, and hearing the ridicule in Mrs. Dohnal's background is really impudence, let alone starting to touch me? What do you dare ?! It completely disgusted me even more. Of course, I will solve the situation - but I never want anything to do with this surgery and Mrs Dohnal again. Audacity to me too.

We don't have a single problem with the doctor, in my opinion, she's a great practitioner and she knows what she's doing. I'm glad we're right next to her, she's very nice to the baby, she's decent and always advises .. I have nothing to complain about :)

Great doctor, great person. What to add. An expert who advises but at the same time does not force anything into anything. My husband also went to her as a child ☺️ and the satisfaction is still going on. Kids love her
