I would like to thank the young man who was in iStyla in Chodov on January 20, 2020 around 5 pm and the same day on January 21, 2020 around 2 pm. The week before, I took a Macbook M1 from the store, which was simply angry. I called for 3 hours with Apple technical support, which connected to the computer and the operators themselves did not know why the Mac was so angry. Finally, they recommended me if it is possible to claim / return the Macbook. I bought a Macbook at IČO = consumer rights do not apply to me. Nevertheless, they allowed me to withdraw from the purchase contract and exchanged my laptop for another without unnecessary processes. Sometimes bad luck sticks to my heels and I spent about 10 minutes with my second Macbook to find out to my detriment that he was "swinging" on the table. It was simply not 100% straight. There was less willpower, which caused an unpleasant knock on the table the moment it was written. I tried more tables and the problem was the same everywhere. That's why I came to the store again the next day and there with a smile "what this time"? I told the problem to the same young man, he checked it on the tables in the store and this time I left the store with a replaced laptop. To be sure, we tested this piece right at the store to see if this piece was "swaying". Fortunately, he was fine. Today I have the data restored in the new Macbook and everything works fine without signs of problems. I'm not angry at Apple or the iStyle at all, because with that amount of pieces produced, it just happens. However, I appreciate this, really the approach of a young man from a store in Chodov. I know very well that he could have fired me, he could have taken my laptop for a complaint, I could have waited up to 30 days for settlement and I would have done nothing at all. His approach was great and that is why I want to thank him in this way. Thanks, thanks and thanks again! I wish one could get such a service everywhere.

don't buy an Iphone here in your life, and don't insure it at all, a bunch of deaths .. The insurance will cover you barely half the price of the phone, even if they promise you something else ...

I would like to tell you about my experience buying a Mac book from one of the «premium reseller» iStylecz On June 5, 2020, I came to order a CTO Mac Book Pro in iStyle-Chodov. Due to the fact that it is a CTO configuration, I specified the delivery time of my goods at the seller. An employee of iStyle T. Z. convinced me that I would have a laptop with me within 2-3 weeks, but in the case of "if anything" in the tax document for advance payment showed 2-5 weeks. The store salesman also told me that I had to pay a down payment (1/3 of the original price) and added that if the MacBook was not delivered by the higher expected time (5 weeks), the deposit would be returned. 35 days of waiting suited me, so we agreed and the deposit was paid by card on the spot. In 3 weeks I sent an email asking about the status of my order, unfortunately, no one answered me and therefore I had to go to the branch in person. The branch told me it should be "this week", but "this week" the laptop didn't arrive. Within 4 weeks I returned with the same question but nothing anyway. At the end of the last week of expectations (it is day 35), I came to iStyle to get my money back (at another premium reseller, I found exactly the configuration I wanted) But that was Mr. Leader's answer - Delivery time is only indicative (but for some reason they did not show it in the order) - The backup cannot be returned This means that the premium reseller »iStylecz did not meet its requirements, because it took the deposit amount, but how long I have to wait for a laptop, no one knows, maybe another month, maybe a year. An hour after visiting the branch, I received an email message "Good day, Your device is on its way and will most likely arrive next week. We will inform you as soon as they arrive. Regards" Obviously, "next week" is the only thing anyone could say "premium reseller"
