Very good customer service (OUTSTANDING for Czech standards I'd say), with a nice environment. There's a broad choices of products, specially high end ones. It's absolutely worth taking a look.

The offer is really fascinating, for audiophiles such a small paradise, accessible daily in the shopping center. The prices have candidates, something even the cheapest on the market. Unfortunately, the staff training is very important and in many things you are referred to the answer from the random answer generator yes / no. I would like to highlight the offer sale of sellers who will not forget to offer you a "quality" cable for your new pets for each sentence 😂

Shop nice, but the expertise of the staff very poor. They never sent the promised offer ... Finally, we were satisfied at Audiobest Karlín.
