There is no other nearby. So for the people who live here, I think it's great. As for the equipment, I would say average.
Smaller outdoor gym in a good location. The big disadvantage is the playground next door, parents do not look after their children and they then take them out here and interfere, despite the fact that entry is allowed only from 15.
