I waited over an hour despite the place not being busy at all. When it was finally my time for a haircut the service was unbelievably rude and unpleasant. The haircut I received was probably the worst I’ve ever had in my life and quite expensive. The person cutting my hair was so rough I felt like I was being punched in the head. I have a headache while writing this review from how I was literally hit on the side of my head constantly with the clippers. When I arrived I was smiling, polite, friendly and asked in czech what I wanted. I see no reason for this terrible treatment, reading other reviews it seems my experience was not an isolated incident. Avoid this place. I would rather have my hair look like a wild animal was sleeping on my head than go back here. If your a guy just go to a barber in the center somewhere, it will be cheaper, better and a much nicer experience. I think the staff have minimal training and experience, the place only exists because of its convenient location.

Klier saloons are the worst in Prague... unexperienced staff, long waiting, and TERRIBLE haircuts for EXTREME price!!! You can get SO MUCH BETTER cut & service for this price - even in the city center!!!

The worst ever. First review I put on Google. I had to. After waiting 1h30 , it is finally my turn. A lady ordered me to sit down as if she was talking to a dog. She looked at my hair and told me I would have to pay the woman's rate (double the price) as my hair was long. I am a man, 25 yo, and average hair. This is inacceptable. What a disgrace. Wanted to get that girl fired but unfortunately all the managers were on lunch break. Lucky her. I left.

its little bit expensive but i like it an its service

Worst customer service! We went in for a hair cut for my daughter. The line was loooong, but that was understandable and beyond their control. What shocked me is that they insisted that my starving 4 year old had to sit in the salon to hold her place in the line which was a 1 hour wait, but I could leave and get her food. Obviously not parents!
