I went to the shop to exchange a gift I had received. I went there with the receipt and the bracelet, unworn and in its box. Unfortunately I was told that as per their policy I could not exchange the product as the price tag was missing. Of course the price tag was missing as this was a gift and it is common practice to hide/remove the price before gifting something to somebody. Their policy is not mentioned anywhere, not even on the back of the receipt; this is a DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICE. I am very disappointed and will not be recommending this place to anyone.
