And after 4 days they returned the ring to me with a written refusal from the company. Do you think they could really send the ring to Switzerland during this time? Moreover, their main production is in Austria. I did not go further to protecting consumer rights, because in Russia they repaired this ring. And I wish this franchise the best, because you definitely lost two potential customers after such an attitude.
