I guess I hit the saleswoman bad day. Dark hair about 35 years. Reluctant to help me a little without interest. I wanted to return the chain for my daughter or replace it for a little bigger. Pry can't. And when I choose from their e-shop, it is not possible at all. I do not understand how a company shop and a stone shop cannot cooperate. So you never do anything.
