Worst hotel I have ever stayed. At the beginning of May 2019 I went there with a business group of around 40 people for a 3 nights stay. It took almost 2 hours until everybody got their rooms because the hotel did not find our reservation in their system and told us to leave. Repeatedly. Although the reservation was there and it was fully paid. The moved us between their 2 Receptions twice, with all our luggage. In the end they found the reservation and gave us the rooms... The first 2 nights we had no heating although we repeatedly ask for it - the hotel said they can't do anything about it because they are related to the public heating system which was closed that time of the year (but in the third night we had heating...). At the end we were fined for stopping the bus for 2 minutes in a rainy morning to collect the group from a different entrace that they did not use for groups - all of our rooms were in that area of the hotel and there was no rule written about NOT stopping the bus there(they had many rules written regarding the parking and the bus, but not that one as I was very attentive for following all the rules). I noticed many other guides arguing with the Reception for different things so I am sure that not only our group was badly treated.

A creepy hotel. On the first day I lost my luggage. On my last day I lost my watch. The bathtub was WAY too large. I don’t recommend living there.

Cannot recommend. It is compared to other hotels in the area very pricy and charges extra for literally everything. And healthy at that. The whole complex feels like it’s been built in the 70s and stopped to be maintained in 1979, while cleaning stopped in 2003. we experienced on a trip to a convention: +some friendly staff, not all +all facilities you can ask from a 4* hotel -the worst food imaginable -very Bad maintained hotel -loud aircon (that cannot be Switched off) -smelly room -very unclean room, bathroom and hallways -creaky and uncomfortable beds -too small shower that can’t hold temperature -small elevators -long and complicated paths through the building -generally everything In need of repair -not enough parking facilities So seeing the staff and the food it was almost enough for a 2* rating but seeing the price and the long list of cons it really can be only one.

On first look nice but unestly this is very bad hotel. Hotel somehow gets 4 stars but should be between 2 and 3 stars. For three nights spent in this hotel their room service never visit our room in C block floor 4. Garbage we put in bags and towels and bad sheets they never changed. Also shower is very bad and inapproppriate. Also fridge is out of function and we keept drinks on window to cooldown. Avoid this lets say big hostel rather then hotel. Hotel marketing material and web site contains photos of nice big elegant rooms, jacuzi, ... but only on paper in real life it is big Adams family house.

When nothing can be worst I asked to change my room because it smell bad, a mix of cigarettes and cleaning product. The second room was worst, it was being rebuild! I found some painting buckets, a ladder and pieces of the ceiling when I opened the door. Third room was better but like you are in 60’s. I don’t want to talk about breakfast, the best if you skip it. Go to another hotel
