We contacted Mr. Sváček from real estate Nebe due to the interest in the apartment advertised on sreality.cz. A meeting and a tour of the apartment, which took place, was arranged. Then Mr. Sváček called that we were chosen for a meeting with the owner. Subsequently, a meeting with the owner was arranged for Thursday at 3 pm, which we confirmed three days before the meeting with Mr. Sváček. He didn't pick up the phone on Thursday before 3 p.m. and then told his girlfriend that no appointment had been confirmed and he didn't have time, so I tried to call him repeatedly, but without success. When I called from another number, he did not answer at first, but then he called back, but not to the original number, which I mentioned, but to the second one, which he did not know and apparently thought that I was a different person .... He completely refuted the arranged meeting with the fact that he does not have time and a lot of people call him and the owner is not there now. On his part, I understand that he is big about the flats, but when someone arranges and confirms the meeting, it is polite for me that he should at least remember it and, if not, write it down. For his part, it seems to me to be a very unprofessional and bad approach.

Mr. Sváček is a pro, for whom the real estate market is not only a job but also a hobby! He is always very helpful, nice and the sale or purchase of real estate goes as butter! Thank you very much and highly recommend! :)

For me, we have found an apartment through Mr. Sváček. The second day the contract is signed, Mr. Sváček is really nice and a pro! Thanks!
