Great Cappuccino in a surprisingly quiet and nicely clean Costa in the heart of Terminal 1

Good coffee, clean area, staff pilot. Ideal place to stop and people watch waiting for the check in to open 👍

Seating area is nice with a lot of plugs to charge your devices, clean. However the service could be better. I asked for a tea, but water was not hot enough. It was like being boiled 10min ago, so it has a little steam above the water but not hot to brew the tea well. I mentioned it straight away, but the staff was really surprised and tried to convince me that it's hot. They did use their coffee machine for it, so not sure if it was working well.

This is a horrible place. The staff makes fun of all customers laughing and speaking their language right in front of you. Rude, uneducated, unprofessional.
