Porto Café Restaurant

Overpriced food, didn't want a tip but waiter asked for one. Begs the question on waiter pay. Goulash was more like watery beef broth. Don't recommend..

Hi, We spent 2755 czech krounds and we were asked to pay 10% tips minimum. We decided to give you 60 czech krounds and the waiter (black hair girl) started laughing at us. I send you the proof of our final payment. I don't think it's good to ask for 275kr (9-10euros) tip for the service you are providing in an airport (less than 30 minutes lunch). You have a lot of complains about your waiters and their service... you might start thinking how to improve it.

It is a crime to serve such an awful food. Pasta aglio oilo consisted mostly from huge pieces of garlic, not even a little fried. When I complied about the food I did not get neither new portion nor compensation.

After a business trip to Prague , I have visited the porto cafe at the airport. The head waitress ( her name was Veronika I believe ) was very kind, friendly and helpful. I really had the feeling that she was taking care about the customers . Nevertheless I also have to say that the prices are ridicules high. Since I am traveling a lot I have seen many airports , generally I understand that prices are higher in those places but this airport is world champion in ripping people off . At the end the service compensated a lot due to the perfect service provided the waitress . Not sure if I am going there again. I just hope that they pay there staff well , at least they deserve it , .

Food was just fine. I ordered the beef hamburger which wasn't really warm. It is also a bit overpriced. Service was good.
