The resulting price subsequently exceeded 3200, - CZK, and I was informed about the increase only after completion of the work. This does not contradict the amount of final price (the vehicle was really very polluted), but the way of communication. The car was taken over by a washer (I suppose a cleaning expert), had the opportunity to examine the level of contamination in advance and make the most accurate price estimate. If he was mistaken in his estimate (3200, - CZK really is not "around 2000, - CZK"), I would expect a phone call during cleaning in which I would be informed as a customer of the fact of the wrong initial estimate Delete the original price. The arguments of the operator who passed the vehicle to the type of "It was taken by a colleague but I cleaned it, so I do not know why he told you such a low price", "When I did not know it would be so expensive", " would you like? "," If you do not like it, then go elsewhere "definitely does not look professional and just dial me. I think there was an excuse for a very bad price estimate and the complete absence of timely notice of price increases of more than 60%. This is what smells like intent.
