Firstly, too small. The snacks on offer are very poor. There were two ladies running around replenishing the drinks and snacks. The older one dragged her heals on the floor as she walked. She also took a phone call on her personal phone for over 20 minutes she was loud and obnoxious with it. Thankfully, the younger one told her to shut up The younger one sadly, stank of body odour. Poor choice of snacks, lack of ice, annoying staff, too small . ..

Very knowledgeable people here. Need some acoustic sound deadening. Very noisy.

100% reliability that they will forget to send you suitcases. I have flown home 8 times in the last 4 years and my suitcase did not arrive 7 times, and once it arrived, it was torn. I am currently 4 days without suitcases and I am waiting for me to arrive, no one will answer my phone. I do not recommend.

Unfortunately, due to cost optimization, there is probably no telephone line with a Czech-speaking operator for a long time, everything is now moving to the online environment, but when the error is on the page or application, only a Czech-speaking customer does not buy a ticket. A big thumb for me. The level of customer service has fallen sharply over the past few years.
