Mr. Hrdlicky Toulka's travel agency in Europe disappointed me. I don't know if only the trip I was on was bad or they are all bad, but because of my experience with a travel agency, I would not recommend it to anyone. I was on a trip to Sarska-Alsace-Lorraine with the guide Hana Cerna and they were the biggest problems with her. The guide may speak French, but she can't speak anything (waiting a few hours for a hotel room or anything else every day). He really can't handle the tour organization. At the same time, it was not even ready - information about some cities was read from wikipedia word for word. And besides, she had her four-year-old son with her mother on the road with her. Her son interrupted the interpretation, was noisy on the bus and was rude. There were also problems with the travel agency itself. Her choice of hostel was absolutely incomprehensible - the first hostel was in a completely secluded place and the second hostel was, on the contrary, in a very dangerous neighborhood, where prostitution and theft were the order of the day.
