I like to go to Rossmann to buy what I need. The saleswomen are nice and helpful. I had a loyalty app card made so that I could claim a discount for points, which you think I deserve according to the money spent, but unfortunately I will not use it in my life, because I need products that have a long-term discount and therefore it does not apply. Disgusted and disappointed here. The loyalty program and points are actually useless to me. It would be good not to have to say in another store that it is useless to go shopping separately to Rossmann if I can buy it here for an almost similar price and I don't have to stand in line in another store again and stay for a few crowns. If I could apply my discounts for points and others to products with a long-term discount, which is almost everything I always need, I would easily stand the second way and the queue and hold back, and that time would be worth it.

Satisfaction, mainly thanks to the Rossman card, nice discounts.
