I bought earrings here for my one-year-old daughter and I was very happy. At first I found out at home that the earrings I ordered through the eshop were too big and I needed to replace them. Though they had already had the opening hours, the gentleman told me to come and solve it and choose another one. So we chose another one that I found out at home that we didn't like our daughter too (I was very sorry for the goldsmith's staff ... :-). So the next day we went to the goldsmith again. Already under stress, we're the worst customers. But all of them were so kind and helpful. Finally, we chose earrings that were made to order and we are extremely satisfied. Making amazing. Well done and I appreciate the attitude of everyone who helped us at the time and who was dedicated to us because it was difficult for us. So I can only make a big thank you and your back with a calm heart. Perfect service and every wish.
