Opening hours obviously don't fit - neither here nor on the net, if I didn't call there twice, when they're there, I obviously won't even know. That would still be good, but ... My lady and I agreed that I needed the adjustment done on Wednesday of the following week, saying that I was not here and I was here on vacation. On Tuesday afternoon, he calls me to see if I read the text. After the information that I didn't receive any text messages, I learned in a very pleasant style that it is terribly interesting, that I am the only one, and that it will not be there on the agreed day of collection (ie Wednesday). When asked how, when we agreed on Wednesday, and how much the adjustment will cost me to have ready cash, the lady replied that I should have read it in the text 😃. So in the end, she told me that it was over today and I should pick it up on Thursday, and a few more stories about how she cares unnecessarily. Well, dear Mrs. Veverková, or as you called it, you don't care much about customers 😉. In five minutes again the phone she looked, and sent an SMS to another number - an apology, helpfulness, zero nothing. As I understand it, mistakes happen, but at least then I don't act like an annoying arrogant jedubaba, žejo 🙂. So the result? In the end, I had to extend my vacation for another day due to the "goldsmith's event" so that I could arrive on Thursday. No apology at the store, uncomfortable and final product? Jewelry set with a crooked and dull piece of gold. Unfortunately, it's my fault that I should have examined it on the spot more thoroughly. At another goldsmith's, they told me who messed it up like that. So I'm getting ready for a new trip and a complaint. Although I'm not sure if I'll even know it's a ring 😃.

I have many years of experience with goldsmithing and I like to return to it, the owner is an experienced goldsmith, she always advises and you can see that she understands the craft. Jewelry repairs have always been done precisely and I dare say at a very reasonable price! My husband and I also had wedding rings made here, and the service was one from the beginning to the end. I like it when people do their job well and happy. As a permanent customer I can recommend!

They are closed at the stated opening hours. No information on the website. After the phone contact the seller arrived (20 min.) But already from the beginning picking goods arrogant approach seller. After warning of inappropriate access and directly hold. We've never met this before. Shop not recommended. Although probably pretty good, but the approach selling you discourages.

Professional approach and fair prices. I have noticed several negative contributions stating the approach and arrogance. DON'T GET IT.
