Dissatisfaction. Calling for service is often a superhuman feat. The approach is not exactly friendly. I arrived at the service station when the car switched to emergency mode. They returned it to me in a few days, saying it was OK. It was less than 10 km and the engine stopped again. Reluctance to actually solve the problem until a diagnostic error popped up. The last time they handed me a car with wheels on 4 nuts after the brake service. Fifth were in the passenger seat. I'd rather not guess what would happen if I didn't notice them ... A mistake can happen, but this is too much. If you want an authorized service, I recommend the Hyundai Center in Dolní Počernice. The service is incomparably better in all respects and the rate of the mechanic is a quarter cheaper.
