When arriving at the pre-ordered service, an interview takes place in the style of "We don't know anything, and whoever agreed, no, it's not here ... so you tell me the license plate ... aha, I have it". So right from the start you have a "super" feeling. Then you will receive information that the car will be repaired within an hour and wait. After an hour and a half, they call that it is actually for 6 hours (a caller !!! a professional technician should probably know how long it takes to end such an end). The service staff here is completely incompetent, blaming each other for not blaming them for anything. The company would need thorough training in communication with the customer. I write this only because I have experienced this approach here repeatedly. I do not recommend!

We came to see it unplanned and thanks to Mr. Nováček we have a new car :-) Excellent seller, perfect dealings and willingness in everything.
