Perfect service. Ordering via the Internet quickly and easily. We arrived 5 minutes earlier, already in the hall lit and heated (outside was -4). In the hall all the time warm. That's how it should work.

Not recommended. We ordered the court at 12:30. The site states that we should arrive at least 10 minutes before the start. However, the reception was closed 10 minutes before the start. So I called the phone where the courts are booked, where I was told that my colleague would arrive by 12:30. We waited and at 12:30 the colleague called me to arrive around 13:00 (without explaining why he is late) and added that "we will have to wait." As we got into our plans, we decided not to wait and order a court for 14:00. The reservation was confirmed, but at 13:36 (on the way to the courts) I received an SMS saying that they are very sorry, but that the courts have already booked from 2 pm. I absolutely do not understand how this is possible. I would understand the delay, but confirmation of an impossible booking? Unprofessional.
