The torn sound insulation of the bonnet hanging into the engine compartment only completed the picture. When the marten was seen by the bazaar Mr. Smejkal, he grabbed it with lightning speed and threw the vehicle standing next to it))) I could not suppress a fit of laughter. At the same time, it was de facto the 2nd most expensive vehicle in the bazaar. A preview of the service book only confirmed that the sold VW Tuareg was really badly taken care of. Unnecessary trip 150km.

We have BAD experience with this used car dealership. The exhibited cars are visually prepared, polished, interesting at first sight for the buyer. Unfortunately, no one will tell you that the cars were crashed several times. They won't even tell you a defect that you won't find out when you buy the car. The car we bought was demolished 3 times, had a defect in the engine and a malfunctioning air conditioning. During the complaint, Mr. Smejkal did not provide us with the correct opinion, there were no signatures of a lawyer or previous owners. He promised to change the car and this he did not execute or respond. It took 3 weeks to rewrite the car. The car, which we left for the counter, could not be started in the car dealership at all in a month. In the service, where we put the car in repair, they found out that the hoses and some screws were loose. There are no professionals in this bazaar !!!!! If you want to avoid COURTS, avoid THIS car bazaar. The car dealership, namely Mr. Radek Smejkal, is only interested in PENIZE and not customer satisfaction.

Serious negotiations and especially good access of the whole bazaar, they consulted everything. Good price for buying my car, and I'm also leaving with a newly selected car. I recommend

Absolute satisfaction with the attitude, negotiations, condition, ... no one pushed me to drive the car quickly, I had enough time for everything. Reasonable agreement, everything by appointment! I recommend!
