First, I was very happy and I do like the way they do business. They showed us the car, went through it all. Told us that if we find something wrong we can come back, etc... All was fine, then two weeks later. It was hot and we tried the Air conditioning and it did not work (never tried before purchase). They picked up the car, fixed it (so they say) and when we tried, same problem , not fixed. they did this twice, .. it is blowing hot air on half of the car! hot! I do not need to be a mechanic to know this.. They said that they will call us back and fix, but now they just disappeared. Not very nice. Now we are stuck and we will have to go to the dealership and get it fixed and pay more. They did not honor their commitment. Still trying to get them to do what they promised before purchase. Update: we have to be fair. After a few more calls to sales, service made an appointment for us at the dealership. The car was fixed at no expense to us. In the end they did everything that they promised, what a shame that we had to complain so much to get the result. In the end all is well.
