Overpriced service, plus no extra quality. After servicing the exhaust cooler, they forgot to tighten the bolts, so it rattled. It had to be repaired in another service.

Too expensive, too long. Waiting for more than 2 hours while my tires are changed. And I don't know when it will end 🤦‍♀️ Ps. It was the third hour. After 15 minutes I will change 2 stars to 1 😂 because the work is here for 10 minutes. So, changing the wheels to winter ones took 2 hours 35 minutes 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

a positive experience when buying a car, unlike another dealer in Prague, where one feels like a troll that wants to buy a new car. Pleasant seller, helpful, the car is OK, parking is fine, they even look after the dog :)
