Not recommended - Never again!!! Non customer approach. They are forgotten in early 90's....

Visit the repair shop 3x. Every time the ETA Gratus kitchen robot is repaired Max. Defective-damaged transmission. Repair 2800 CZK. 2x repair complaints !!! Still the same defect does not work kneader gears. Waiting for the first repair 6 weeks, first complaint 14 days extra waiting. Second complaint 9 days waiting. Staff receiving repairs visible reluctance, arrogance, annoyance. No word of apology or understanding for a disgusted client that we are wasting time commuting and complaining, picked up and paid repairs. It takes forever to write a repair receipt. In a word, disaster. Only for the third time did the repair succeed, for the time being. Maybe we were just unlucky, but I don't understand words of praise for the repair shop. For me, A.V. Metal service never again.
