Absolutely cool. My daughter goes to aerobics and is excited. I have only a prepaid credit and I'm going to practice, but the amazing approach of discussing what is appropriate for me is absolutely amazing - they are all very enjoyable, advise and surely very motivating. Not everywhere they look at someone overweight as a normal person who wants to do something.
