Very bad organization, called a technician, he came, looked at the battery, did not fix the problem, says I don’t know what happened to the battery, I ask this body, do I owe you some money? He says no, I didn't do anything, sign a paper that I was here and left, and six months later an invoice for 1300 crowns comes, wrote 4 letters demanding to explain what I have to pay for, so far no one has answered me AND FOR THOSE WHO ARE IN THE ARMORED TRAIN Velme spatna organizace, zavolal technika kvule Studeneho radiatoru v koupelne, Technik prijel, odvzdusil radiator, ktery ja sam uz tri krat pred nim odvzdusil, rikl ja nevim co s nim je, nic ne musite platit podepiste ze jsem tady byl, a odjel. Pres pulroku prisla mne faktura na 1300 korun.Napsal tam 4 emaily veducemu, ucetniku s fakturacneho oddeleni I na prijem zakazek (4 vole emeily s cislem faktury, a kontaktem na sebe, a musdelzim proc o vysveit nikdo mne ne odpovedel. Ne doporucuji !!!!

The arrogant and, in my opinion, completely inadmissible behavior of the company's employees towards customers, after a decent request whether they could hang out before entering the apartment, replied that no, entered without regret and began to have teasing remarks, which escalated, most likely to provoke conflict. , we were surprised when their leader behaved almost in the same way, he completely ignored the behavior of his subordinates and literally laughed at us after the confrontation, instead of directing his employees, who should not afford such a thing to customers at all. Absolutely incompetent company. There is no heating in the house and the only thing they do is try to vent (do it for a week) There is no air in the central heating !!!
